Employee Value Proposition

The University of Arkansas is conducting an Employee Value Proposition survey among all employees and graduate assistants during the Spring 2025 semester.

What is an Employee Value Proposition?

An Employee Value Proposition (EVP) captures the unique value the University offers in return for the contributions and commitment of our employees. It defines what sets us apart from other employers and showcases why people choose to work and stay here. A clear, compelling EVP helps us attract, engage, and retain talented individuals who believe in our mission and values. It’s about making our University not only a great place to work, but a place where every employee feels they belong and can thrive.

The Employee Value Proposition Survey is hosted via the University of Arkansas Qualtrics enterprise account. Employees can access the survey from either desktop or mobile devices as well as in English or Spanish.
