What is needed in order to start my new position?

Before you are eligible to work at the University of Arkansas you must stop by the Human Resources office in order to complete the following new hire paperwork:

  1. I-9 Form – Students must present Employment Eligibility and Identification documents in order to be hired at the University.  You must present the original, unexpired documents by your first day of work.  Please visit.  (I-9 document link) for acceptable links
  2. W4 Form – The W4 form is an IRS from that lets the University know how much money to withhold from your paycheck for taxes.
  3. Direct Deposit Form – It is recommended that you have your paychecks directly deposited into a banking account. Please bring a blank check that can be voided, or something printed off from your bank that lists the banks routing number and your account number on it.  Unfortunately, hand written numbers will not be accepted.
  4. University of Arkansas Acknowledgement of Policies.
  5. Other documents may be required depending on the nature of your new position.
