Scenario 1

The employee is a FACULTY MEMBER that did not comply with the directive by the deadline.

Scenario 2

The employee is a STAFF MEMBER (appointed or hourly) that did not comply with the directive by the deadline.

 Scenario 3

The employee (faculty or staff) has an APPROVED MEDICAL EXEMPTION and WILL NOT be working remotely.

Scenario 4

The employee (faculty or staff) has an APPROVED RELIGIOUS OR PHILOSOPHICAL EXEMPTION and WILL NOT be working remotely.

Scenario 5

The employee (faculty or staff) has an APPROVED EXEMPTION (Medical, Religious, or Philosophical) and WILL be working remotely.
