The University of Arkansas implemented it's first Employee Engagement Survey in Fall 2025 with the expectation to reissue the survey each year. This feedback survey measures employee engagement levels across campus and the drivers that impact engagement. University leadership uses this data to plan and take action each year.

While employee benefits programs are managed at the U of A System Office and administered at the campus level, the Office of Human Resources is committed to advocating for stronger benefits programs that meet the needs of our employees and keep our university competitive in the market. A brief survey was conducted in February 2026 to gather opinions on our benefits programs.
COACHE Faculty Survey
The Office of the Provost, in collaboration with the academic schools and colleges, offers faculty the opportunity to provide feedback related to job satisfaction through the COACHE survey. This survey was last conducted in early 2025 as part of a partnership with the Collaborative on Academic Careers in Higher Education, which is operated by the Harvard Graduate School of Education.
