The University of Arkansas implemented it's first Employee Engagement Survey in Fall 2025 with the expectation to reissue the survey each year. This feedback survey measures employee engagement levels across campus and the drivers that impact engagement. University leadership uses this data to plan and take action each year.

Employee Value Proposition Survey

Adopting an Employee Value Proposition is an intiative under the university's Employer of Choice Strategic Pillar. The inital survey was released in May 2025 to gather both quantiative and qualitative feedback on why employees choose to call the U of A their employer of choice.

Benefits Feedback Survey

While employee benefits programs are managed at the U of A System Office and administered at the campus level, the Office of Human Resources is committed to advocating for stronger benefits programs that meet the needs of our employees and keep our university competitive in the market. A brief survey was conducted in February 2026 to gather opinions on our benefits programs.
