Benefits Feedback Survey
The Office of Human Resources is committed to championing stronger benefits that fully support our employees. As benefits programs are created and adjusted at the system office, the campus benefits team actively adovcates for improvements to our benefits programs that reflect the needs of our employees in the Northwest Arkansas region. As part of the decision to phase out the Catastrophic Leave Program, employees were asked to provide feedback on where the campus should focus its efforts on advocating for improved benefits programs.

Actions Taken:
- The Associate Vice Chancellor and the campus benefits team reviewed the results at large and created an insights document to be shared with the Chancellor and System Vice President for Employee Benefits and Risk Management.
- The campus benefits team is performing benchmarking among SEC Peers specifically on time off benefits. This was a major theme in open-ended feedback from respondents.
