Project Team
The project is led by an executive steering committee comprosied of Vice Chancellors.
Two work streams make up the project led by Anna Zajicek, Vice Provost for Faculty
Affairs, for Faculty and by Amy Ochoa, Senior Associate Vice Chancellor for Human
Resources, for Staff. The project manager is Ashley Ingram, Senior HR Director, Talent
Development, Talent Management, Engagement and Experience with support from Lori Lander,
Assistant Vice Chancellor for Strategic Projects and Initiatives in Student Affairs.
The university is partnering with Segal, a national consulting firm with experience
in higher education performance frameworks, to support this work.
