Performance Framework Project

How performance is measured at the university is changing for both faculty and staff.
Over 2026, and into 2027, the university will develop a university-wide performance
framework that ensures our employees are measured fairly and effectively, while driving
the university forward. Being led by the Office of Human Resources and Faculty Affairs,
this project supports 150 Forward's Employer of Choice Strategic Pillar and helps
create an environment where employees have a foundation of support to be most effective, grow and advance their careers, and thrive
in their personal and professional lives.
