UARK Leaders
UARK Leaders is the university's leadership development program designed to develop a diverse group of university leaders who will work together to ensure the success of the university's mission, vision and values. This is a cohort based program that is comprised of about 20 participants - both faculty and staff. The participants are nominated and go through an interview process. The program generally runs from October to April.
