Employee and Colleagues Resource Groups

Employee and Colleagues Resource Groups (ECRGs) are voluntary communities focused on creating connections across campus for Faculty, Staff, and Graduate Assistants based on shared experiences. These groups and all activities are open to all employees regardless of affiliation. The Office of Human Resources facilitates and supports ECRGs under the Engagement and Wellness team, but ECRGs are self-run by employee volunteers.
