University Operations Job Subfamilies
The University Operations job family provides essential services to campus community
and external constituents. Delivers a wide variety of services including retail and
sales, food service operations, mailroom, and parking and transportation, as well
as customer service and logistical support for all special events and conferences.
Oversees all aspects of conferences and special events from conception through clean
up. Coordinates with internal and external constituents to plan, organize, schedule
and execute event details, related to location scouting and booking, speaker support
for travel and lodging, invitations/registration, catering, entertainment, technology,
equipment, staffing, and other relevant activities.
Provides a variety of activities to support and assist internal and external customers.
Prepares, picks up, and delivers incoming and outgoing domestic and international
mail, and packages for distribution.
Provides a variety of services to ensure safe, accessible, reliable and sufficient
parking and transportation services to the University community, guests and the city
of Fayetteville.
