Library and Museum Job Subfamilies
The Library and Museum job family collaborates with academic colleagues, students, outside scholars, other resource providers, libraries, and the community to ensure that museum and library collections, resources, programs, and exhibits are accessible, and support academic research and instruction. Develop and maintain collections.
Archives and Collections
Provides services related to the management, preservation, development, promotion
of and teaching related to rare books archival materials and Arkansas' living traditional
arts and cultural heritage. Manages and facilitates access, provides research support,
and subject and disciplinary expertise for these materials.
Museum Services
Offers services through the planning and promotion of museum programs, acquisition
of objects, exhibitions and conservation.
Library Services
Develops, promotes, manages, and facilitates access to library resources and technology,
including databases, applications, website, and physical and electronic resources.
Provides subject and disciplinary expertise to support research, teaching, and learning
across the University. Records and maintains academic scholarship.
