Description Miguel Salazar, our Fidelity representative, will present a seminar on the basics of building a portfolio. This workshop describes how to create an investment strategy for your workplace savings. It is designed for those who are looking to understand more about how to finance their lifestyle in the future.
You will learn:
First, we will start by discussing the principles of investing. We will look at the importance of creating an investment mix and the relationship between risk and return.
2. Next, we will take a look at the characteristics of the key investment types, which include stocks, bonds, and short term investment.
3. We will then review your plan details and plan’s investment options and help you determine the right investment strategy for your situation.
4. Throughout, we’ll discuss ways to help you stay on track including how to monitor and rebalance your portfolio when necessary.
5. And finally, we’ll take a look at how Fidelity can help you with your investment needs and next steps.
