The Materials and Manufacturing Research Laboratories MMRL) at the Department of Mechanical Engineering,University of Arkansas is seeking qualified candidate for Post Doctoral Research Associate.

Minimum Requirements:
|
The successful candidate must have a Ph.D. and knowledge of materials and manufacturing science and engineering in the area for advanced manufacturing such as die casting and related hybrid applications as well as materials processing, for example using laser, materials analytical techniques for various application(s).
Applicant should have experience working in a fast-paced, research environment steeped in collaboration of interdisciplinary fields.
Candidate should have suitable writing** and verbal communication skills in English, ability to learn new areas and experience of working with team members, ex. industry partners and/or fellow students and/or post-doctoral fellows.(** For example- proposals, reports and research papers.)
