How do I fill out the form once I have downloaded it?
While you are viewing the Interactive PDF in Acrobat, simply click on the Hand Tool in the Acrobat Reader Toolbox, then move your mouse to the desired field on the form and click. It's that simple! Once you are editing the form you can use the 'TAB' key to move to the next field.
