Educational Opportunities
HEALTHY COOKING DEMONSTRATIONS
Human Resources is partnering with the School of Human and
Environmental Sciences to provide nutrition education as part
of the RazorFit Wellness Program. Students in the Dietetics
Program, under the direction of associate professor Marjorie
Fitch-Hilgenberg, will be presenting healthy cooking
demonstrations. These demonstrations are open to all faculty
and staff. A $5.00 contribution per session to offset expenses
will be appreciated. Seating is limited so advance registration
is required.

Time: Each demonstration will begin
at 4:00 pm. and will last approximately one hour. Participants
will be invited to sample the prepared dishes at the end of
the demonstrations.
Location: All demonstrations will be
held in the Foods laboratory, Home Economics building, room 112.
