A ResNet Technician must have good knowledge of troubleshooting skills consisting of software and hardware computer issues. RTs must also communicate well because the job consists of going to residents' rooms to assess computer and Internet-related problems, and then take the necessary steps to fix the problem while communicating effectively with the resident.
There is a "problem database" of residents that have submitted a computer or Internet problem. The RTs' job is to traverse the database of problems, call and make appointments with residents, and then visit the residents' rooms to fix the issue. The issues can range from "no Internet" to a "broken jack," which is why the RT needs to be knowledgeable about hardware and software. Training will be given.
The ResNet team is a close group of workers that are in constant circle of communication. If you want to work with a friendly, hard- working group of individuals, this is the place for you. The amount of work required is 10 hours a week. This is flexible on when you work, but not flexible on how many hours are put in. The starting hourly wage is $7.75.

Minimum Requirements:
