Description: NIH-funded postdoctoral position is available to study the structure-function relationship of cytokines using biophysical and molecular biology techniques. The project will involve collaborations with colleagues in the Department of Chemistry and Biochemistry at The University of Arkansas.  
Minimum Requirements: Applicants should hold a Ph.D degree in Biochemistry/Molecular Biology/Physics/Chemistry. Applicants should have hands-on experience in biophysical techniques (multidimensional NMR, fluorescence, circular dichroism, EPR, and isothermal titration calorimetry), cloning, overexpression, and purification of recombinant proteins from heterologous hosts (E.coli/yeast/mammalian cells).
