The success of his projects is due in large part to his ability to build strong working relationships with implementing partners and major sponsors including the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), the US State Department, various United Nations agencies, and private corporations. Alan Petersen has over twenty years of experience in higher education teaching art history and studio art courses. He also has over six years experience as a curator of visual arts at the Museum of Northern Arizona. Nikola Radan

Nikola is an award-winning Boston based flutist, composer, producer and music educator. He studied, graduated and earned his Master's Degree at the University of Music Arts in Belgrade. Nikola has successfully engaged in developing programs and curriculums for various schools in the United States. He was the founder of the chamber orchestra and choir at the Kindermusik Academy in south New Jersey. At this same institution, he established an advanced music theory program under the supervision of the Royal School of Music in London. He successfully shaped and modeled his own program for early childhood music appreciation for children between 15 months and 6-year old toddlers in English and in some English-Spanish bilingual schools. He has also established, designed and developed his own methodology for teaching early childhood piano lessons for children between 4 and 6 years old. As a result of these classes he will publish this year his own new series of books on teaching piano to young children. Nikola is currently teaching at the South Shore Charter Public School in Norwell, MA; The Community Music Center of Boston in Boston, MA; and Longy School of Music in Cambridge, MA.
Lane Schmidt
